KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia has granted Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd another extension to submit its regularisation plan, which was due Jan 6, 2024.

In a filing to the bourse yesterday, the company said it  will delist the company if it fails to submit the regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval within the extended timeframe or fail to get approval for the implementation of its regularisation plan and does not appeal within the timeframe.

It will also be delisted if it fails to implement its regularisation plan within the timeframe or extended timeframes stipulated by the relevant authorities.

An announcement is yet to be made on an exercise which called for submissions to participate in the restructuring of Serba Dinamik, which concluded on March 29, 2024.

In a notice published in an english newspaper in January, PwC had called for submissions for a white knight to either assume Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd's listing status or facilitate a reverse take-over of the company.
