KUALA LUMPUR: Reservoir Link Energy Bhd (RLEB), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Reservoir Link Sdn Bhd (RLSB), has secured a five-year contract from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB) to provide well leak equipment and services using sealants.
The contract will run until March 22, 2029.
In a disclosure to Bursa Malaysia today, RLEB said the tasks involve offering engineering consultation for well leaks, identifying and resolving leaks at specified locations, and delivering essential equipment and sealants.
Additionally, it mentioned conducting sealant performance tests at the warehouse according to the agreed setup by PCSB, with costs borne by RLSB.
"The total estimated value of the contract will be based on the number of works executed," it said.
RLEB said the contract is expected to have a positive contribution towards the earnings of the company and its subsidiaries for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024 and throughout the contract period.
The company's share price was 1.5 per cent to 32 sen a share.
