KUALA LUMPUR: FGV Holdings Bhd has appointed Tan Sri Rastam Mohd Isa as non-independent non-executive chairman of the group.
He was secretary general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia from 2006 until 2010 and a former chairman and chief executive of the Institute of Strategic and International Studies Malaysia, where he served from 2015-2020.
In a separate filing with Bursa Malaysia Securities, Datuk Shahrol Anuwar Sarman, who was interim chairman since April 2023, has been redesignated non-independent non-executive director.
